Tracy Gray, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized expert in education and technology who has led numerous projects in the U.S. and abroad that examine the impact of technology on educational achievement. Dr. Gray is a managing director at the American Institutes for Research (AIR) and director of the PowerUp What Works (opens in a new window) project. She was the Director of two OSEP funded projects, the National Center for Technology Innovation (opens in a new window) (NCTI) and the Center for Implementing Technology in Education (CITEd) (opens in a new window) at AIR. Dr. Gray holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Education and Psychology from Stanford University.
