With help from Rapunzel (and her trusty braids), a pixie from Jack’s past, and a man with inventions from the future, they just might out-swindle the evil giants and put his beloved city back in the hands of good people. This graphic novel is a follow-up to Rapunzel’s Revenge.

This re-telling of the familiar fairy tale is set in the Wild West and features a spunky heroine who partners with Jack (of the Beanstalk) to fight injustice.

Shannon struggles with a bully named Jenny, an abusive older sister, and finding one true friend. Presented as a graphic novel, the author’s sometimes painful story ends on a positive note is enhanced by lighter-toned illustrations.

Younger children will enjoy the latest adventure of the mask wearing, monster fighting princess who attempts to take a restful vacation.
