Dr. Douglas Carnine, a Professor Emeritus at the University of Oregon, is the Chair of the Evidence Advocacy Center and the President of the Choosing Kindness Foundation. He has also served as a federal adviser on reading and math policy and as the director of the National Center to Improve the Tools of Educators.
