Dr. Holliday’s research, clinical, and community practice focuses on screening and assessment of social communication delays in infants and toddlers, effective implementation of tiered systems of support in Part C (birth to 3 programs) and school systems, and scaling effective interventions for use in the local community.

Biography

Ebony Holliday, Ph.D., NCSP is the assistant director of CASSI Community Programs at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI). Dr. Holliday is a nationally certified school psychologist and has held roles such as behavioral consultant, school counselor, school psychologist, and applied researcher. She has worked extensively in settings including public and private schools, alternative educational settings, community agencies, healthcare organizations, and homes in order to support the multidimensional needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. 

Dr. Holliday’s clinical and research interests include screening and assessment of social communication delays in infants and toddlers, effective implementation of tiered systems of support in Part C (birth to 3 programs) and school systems, and scaling effective interventions for use in the local community through frameworks of community-engaged research and implementation science. Dr. Holliday received her Ph.D. in school psychology from Lehigh University with a specialization in health/pediatrics for children with/or at risk for disabilities. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Pediatric Developmental Disabilities Clinic and the Neurobehavioral Unit Outpatient Clinic at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Her postdoctoral fellowship was at the Christian Sarkine Autism Treatment Center at Riley Hospital for Children – Indiana University Health.
