Inverted spelling is good but to give individual attention to 12 kids in the classroom might not be so practical.

I see a lot of teaching. What percentage of time is the teacher talking? Students are all sitting nicely on their bottoms or in their chairs. I would like to see some student-led activities or some discovery learning. Traditional teaching techniques have merit, no question, but holding up flashcards or writing on chalkboards with lists of words are examples of teaching, not learning.
